Simon has been involved in more than 50 shows since 1991 when he played Jacob and Juan Peron in his college productions of Joseph and Evita.

While still in Canberra he played such roles as Jamie Wellerstein in The Last 5 Years, Tommy from The Who’s Tommy, The Beast in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Thuy in Miss Saigon, and Parson Nathaniel in Geoff Wayne’s New version of War of the Worlds, to name a few.

Since relocating to the Gold Coast in 2012 has been seen on stage as Tom Collins in Javeenbah’s RENT, Inspector Kemp, Judge Turpin and  Franklin Hart in Spotlight’s productions of Young Frankenstein, Sweeney Todd and 9 to 5. He also joined the casts of Gold Coast Arts Centre’s Miss Saigon and JC Superstar.

Simon is thrilled to be joining the cast of Kiss Me, Kate, his first with GCLT.
